Honestly, I’m very disappointed with my experience with this sea cargo service. Before sending my cargo, I called and asked how long the delivery would take. I was initially told that it would take up to 2 months. I sent my cargo in June, and until now, it still hasn’t been delivered to my home. It is currently still in the warehouse. I also called before it reached the warehouse and was told that once it arrived there, it would only take around 2–3 days before it would be delivered to our home. Bad service, they advertise that they can pickup any where but they can’t pickup box in Redlands bay marina station. This is BS don’t deal with this cargo m kabayan.
