Bad service, they advertise that they can pickup any where but they can’t pickup box in Redlands bay marina station. This is BS don’t deal with this cargo m kabayan.
Staff was accomodating thru call but never answer on your emai inquiriesl. Long wait for delivery process.
The customer service is reasonably responsive and helpful. It’s harder to contact when you are offshore Australia. Did not deliver the box as scheduled. Delayed for weeks. I already left the PH but the boxes haven’t arrived. Purposely sent them for pasalubong expecting it to arrive while I’m on my one-month stay. Delivery date kept getting moved later than the expected date of delivery. First time to book their sea-freight service. Might be the last.
My balikbayan box arrived safe, no damages at all. I like it because you can easily track it online too.
Very poor customer service. Booked a box pick up and the agent ignored the message. I was very disappointed.
