Very disappointing, every time I tracked my balikbayan box the details not updated. The last tracking details November 29, 2025. It’s already December 16 still not updated!!!
We received an update that the boxes were already in their warehouse (PH), we called their customer service and assured us it would be delivered a week after. But it’s almost a month already from the time we communicated with them and we haven’t received the boxes yet. Please don’t give assurance you cannot fulfill. Hoping you would give us a follow up.

So this is my 3rd time to send box through forex cargo! Ngayon lang ako nadismaya sa service nila! Last time magpadala ung kapatid ko 3 boxes tapos may overfill keri lang yung chinarge like $30 Today! Nagsend ako 4 boxes and yung isa kasi mejo nag overfill kami ang siningil Nila sa Amin sa overfill is $110 para sa overfill nung isang box which is cost na ng isang box yun! Eh Di sana pala nilagay na namin sa isang box ung overfill ! Overpricing!! As a repeat costumer I am very disappointed!!
