The customer service is reasonably responsive and helpful. It’s harder to contact when you are offshore Australia. Did not deliver the box as scheduled. Delayed for weeks. I already left the PH but the boxes haven’t arrived. Purposely sent them for pasalubong expecting it to arrive while I’m on my one-month stay. Delivery date kept getting moved later than the expected date of delivery. First time to book their sea-freight service. Might be the last.
My balikbayan box arrived safe, no damages at all. I like it because you can easily track it online too.
Very poor customer service. Booked a box pick up and the agent ignored the message. I was very disappointed.
Very disappointing, every time I tracked my balikbayan box the details not updated. The last tracking details November 29, 2025. It’s already December 16 still not updated!!!
We received an update that the boxes were already in their warehouse (PH), we called their customer service and assured us it would be delivered a week after. But it’s almost a month already from the time we communicated with them and we haven’t received the boxes yet. Please don’t give assurance you cannot fulfill. Hoping you would give us a follow up.
