My box was scheduled for pickup today, Saturday, between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm for BRISBANE area. I received one missed call and tried to return the call, but no one answered. I had an appointment after 2:00 pm and waited patiently for a call or any update, but received nothing. It is now 2:30 pm and no one has arrived. Staff are good and honest. Unlike my one-time experience with LBC, the guy subtly hinted my box might get deprioritised and lost - and he can make sure it will not be if I give him $20 LOL! Forex staff are honest. But the thing is Sydney to Metro Manila is always 8-9 weeks in my experience. This is my 3rd time with them, still same experience. So can be a bit frustrating.
I'm quite disappointed that my D2D box has not made the end destination, and as I write, I was informed that it will arrive in the port of Manila only on 4 April. Firstly, my expectation was 5-6 weeks for Metro Manila - from date of departure from Sydney port. So last week, I filled in an inquiry form online as to the status of my box. No response. I’m so frustrated sorry. I was informed they have shipping every week that’s why I was convinced they can help me. It’s been 8 weeks already and it’s not even in the Philippines yet. Lesson learned, can’t trust anyone now 🤦♀️
