RecommendedWASTE OF MY TIME! I had a 2 hour drive to get here my appointment was at 330 and they said ide have to wait until 6 or longer because they were behind with their schedule. I wasted my gas and time,and all. They said was you can come another time or wait until 6 they could have at least called to let me know,,the staff was unprofessional

Dr. Osias is great! But this woman Sylivia, is AWFUL!! She treats her staff so bad. She has no business running a professional establishment. She is so rude and unprofessional. The receptionist Jennifer is a sweet girl and feel bad she needs to deal with this awful woman. Do not work here or this witch will be your manager.

I love the staff! They're very friendly and helpful. Still trying to decide whether the whole B-12 program really works.
Horrifying experience with the staff.. please avoid going to this clinic if you want to save yourself from unnecessary stress. Visiting a health care service provider, I expected to be serviced by respectful and educated staff and not get yelled at. I don't have anything but nice things to say about the doctor but the staff will ruin the future of this clinic if they stay uneducated. Please listen to your patients and send out surveys to realize this mistreatment before others are effected by this misbehavior.
Dr. Oasis is a gem. She has helped me and countless others over time. Unfortunately she is not always there due traveling obligations to her family overseas. I will note that her staff is not very professional and even unpolished at times, but if you make an appointment to only see her, you will be very satisfied.
This business sets up a store front, serves many customers and then closes shop to avoid the numerous number of people who had a service that did not work for them. Please look at their yelp reviews as it goes into deeper detail of what type of scam artists they are. They do not have a doctor on site. Their doctor is in China and will never answer any questions over the phone about concerns or questions about your treatment.
