I had the opportunity to sell a buyer a Dr Horton home at Forevergreen Heights and was a positive experience! Jennine the Dr Horton new home specialist was always available to answer questions, and assist with information if needed from superintendent. The development offers many different floor plans and a wonderful neighborhood! This is a growing development with the High School in walking distance and future schools planned.
We just moved in and have an entire list of the most ridiculous repairs in our house. We’re currently having our wall torn out to fix a leak and there’s a crack in our cement that they refuse to fix. Again, we just moved into this brand new house. Their employees lie so that they don’t have to fix their mistakes. Very shady and untrustworthy company.
