ordered a product paid for expedited shipping on March 8, its April 1 and still no item. They said it shipped gave a tracking number but it did not arrive. This was a St. Patricks day birthday gift. Crickets in the emails. THIS PLACE SUCKS
Sent me a ring that was the wrong size, didn't look like the picture, and the gems looked like they were gonna fall out. Tried to reach out to customer service just for them to respond a week later saying they could do a half refund. For a ring that the only thing right on it is the free!! Enrgravement. That's not acceptable. Very disappointed in them. Don't waste ur money!!

Don’t waste your money or time , I no engraving completed on my ring as asked and provided them pics to show that. They will not make it right or refund. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend
