I brought my dress in and Tracy spent an hour advising me on options for alterations and how I could actually do them easily myself. She didn't even charge me for her time! I really appreciated her warm customer service.

The very nice lady that helped me build out my suit for my wedding was very patient with me and helped to answer my questions and make sure everything was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been visiting this little shop for years for alterations, and Tracy has been able to finish the work needed and often in a shorter time than estimated. I have purchased specialty occasion dresses and shoes, always pleased with my purchase.

I recently went there to have my dress altered for a wedding and my measurements were taken and somehow within 2 days I did get the dress back with it being way too small and unzippable and I'm not even able to wear a bra with it for a wedding. Tracy told me to go to the shop and then she didn't even come in so after $130 later I'm about to get on a plane tomorrow in desperate need of someone that can alter my dress to fit me.
