This company has been the most frustrating to deal with. I placed an order for 2 suits. One happened to be on clearance. They sent the wrong size. I am unhappy with the quality of the suits and need to refund/exchange 2 items. They keep telling me to do it through their automated exchange process. Cool. I try. No problem, right? First off I have ordered about 3 times now it I have never done a return/exchange. this order I ordered a tummy control bottoms and a separate top. The top was too small and bottoms came with broken zipper. I originally ordered in April and received on April 20th for a June trip. As stated bottoms broke and needed 1 size up on top. FYS did not provide me a return label so I paid $29 because FYS said to send back via signature required. USPS had package for 15 days before they even signed for it. I received a bathing suit that was adorable!! It didn't fit so I sent the pieces back for an XL. It shows my shipment was delivered a week ago. I have reached out by email and have heard nothing. The company just got $80 and I have no bathing suit and no responses
Some items are great. However the customer service is slow. Been trying to get an exchange or refund for a broken clearance item for 2 weeks. They keep giving me the run around.
Bikinis are cute but way undersized! Beware if you’re larger than an 8!!!! They won’t accommodate your body
