Very professional , knowledgeable , pleasant and never rushing , always ready to answer questions and provide tips to take care of skin at home too. Simmy has lot of knowledge about laser and skin. I have really good results after my full face laser and hydra facial . I highly recommend her.
My friend recommended this place for a hydro facial and it’s now my go to stop whenever I have a buildup of black heads! Everyone is very polite and kind. My skin is amazing for weeks after! Professionalism is extraordinary, I trust Simmy to do anything to my face because I know she wants to help me look my best. Would recommend for anyone having issues with facial self confidence!!! Bonus: my eyebrows have never looked better after threading.
Very unprofessional business. The phone number online goes to voicemail all the time and when I emailed her I never got a response. When I finally did get a hold of the business owner she let me know she had a cancellation and that I could come that day. I specifically asked if it was the sage hill location and she said yes. I showed up and the door was locked and she didn't answer the phone when I called. When she called back she said she was at Deerfoot and complained that she had now lost an hour appointment and wasn't ap... read more
