We had a very frightening experience at this place. Some of the kids ice cream fell on the floor during the process of using the self serve machines. A lady who worked there came out and rudely stated that she was not going to clean it up. I told her I was happy to clean up their messes if they had napkins or a towel I could use. Lots of options for toppings but disappointingly lacks in customer service.
FroGurt Frozen yogurt was probably the oddest frozen yogurt place I have been too. The vibe was odd, the service was odd, and the options were limited. The quality of the product was not all that great and I was disappointed. Frozen yogurt is too expensive these days for me to be disappointed in this way. Sadly, I will not consider coming back if I were to be in the area.
Absolutely terrible experience. The man at the front was incredibly rude — no greeting, no manners, just full attitude like we were inconveniencing him by being there. On top of that, the product itself was awful. It was way too thin, almost like it was watered down. Definitely not worth the money. Between the bad service and disappointing quality, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, the man in the front had one item fall down he came out with a very smelly mop! Disgusting and insanity.
