I'm pretty bummed out about my order this weekend. I spent $37 and all of my Sushi was SUPER smelly, like rancid old fish that had been sitting all day. No one in my house would touch it, after we gagged on the few bites we tried. It was super dry but the fish bits were slimy. It was absolutely NOT edible. I will never ever order from here again. Really sucks because we wanted to support a local business. 👎

I used to go to trappers but now I only come here. One of the best sushi places I have ever been too. The staff here are beyond friendly and after coming in so many times the owner knows my face😂😂she always gives me candy and when my friends and I ride our bikes she always takes our helmets. I hurt for this business because of Covid-19. The owner gave me.fresh fruit for free when I came in lastnight. No matter what they are always smiling. I'm moving soon but I'll travel the distance to visit this location! Thank you!

I use to work at a Japanese restaurant and THIS is my favorite sushi restaurant in Tacoma. They have all the classics, but so many fun, unique to them flavors as well. They make a ponzu sauce that is out of this world. It is family owned and operated. There is always a family member at the door to greet/seat you and they treat everyone like a family friend. It is warm, inviting, and the food is delicious.
WAY TO MUCH RICE TERRIBLE WASABI the ebi was great though
