Slowest response time on the planet, and a lot of attitude. Scammed.
Excellent customer service. Staff was very polite and placing the order was hassle free. My woman loved the rose bear I got her. Arrived even before the due date, neatly packaged and in excellent condition. Definitely recommend 10/10
