The entire process was easy, and the ring was delivered within the original time frame -which was much appreciated! I was able to choose a lab diamond from their huge inventory, and pick a setting I liked. It felt truly customizable! The ring itself is incredibly well made and sturdy. I get compliments on my engagement ring all the time!
