5 stars on eye brow service and
The gel manicure itself is done well, and the results look nice. However, my visits have been stressful rather than relaxing. The manager was patronizing, making unnecessary comments about small adjustments during my pedicure and reacting negatively to other client’s minor requests. A nail salon should be a place for pampering and comfort, and while they work efficiently, the overall experience felt tense and uncomfortable. The service is competent, but the environment doesn’t feel welcoming. .
Spousal unit needed nail repair services. Lily was able to take her right away. Good job!
I’ve been coming here regularly for over a year for dip manicures and other services like gel pedis, gel extensions, and waxing, and they always do a great job. I get compliments on my nails all the time! They update their polish colors often and have really helpful suggestions when I can’t decide. Everyone is warm and welcoming, and the salon is always clean. It’s impressive how they seem to know every customer and remember their preferences.
