I had an amazing experience! I got a regular pedicure and left feeling pampered. Helen was really good and efficient. I’ll certainly be coming back!
I had a very bad experience at this place. I’ve been so many nails spa and I always had a great quality service. But this place one lady or owner is so rude the way she treats me talks to me like I don’t have money to pay for her service? She talk about only money. So I did the French manicure and she said $180 i said okay. But when i asked just fix the line she made it was little big i just want her to do little like a V . I received some of the best service I've ever experienced at a nail salon at Lily Nails Spa! I was welcomed and treated with phenomenal customer service. Lyn Myn took great care of my nails, were detail oriented in their approach, and had me looking fabulous in no time! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spa!
I’ve been going to Lily Nails since I moved to San Francisco in January 2022 & have been a loyal customer ever since. I do dip nails & they always turn out amazing. The whole staff is friendly & Lynn is the best! She makes you feel comfortable and is great at remembering customers & what they like and don’t like. This is color 136. I always recommend Lily Nails to my friends & would recommend to anyone else!
Rude and will laugh and talk about you in their language. You can get more pleasant service at another spa. I don’t appreciate the passive aggression, also their first instinct is to tell you you’re wrong. I won’t waste my money here again.
