They were so friendly and kind and did a great job with my nails, going above and beyond.
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The nail technician rushed through the entire appointment and didn’t give me enough time to consider the style before moving on. She painted all of my nails so quickly that I barely had a chance to process how they looked, and when I expressed that I didn’t like the style, she raised her voice at me, forced me to make a decision quickly, and told me that this was how the style needed to be instead of tending to my needs. Lily Nail Spa is the best nail salon in San Francisco. I’ve lived here for 15 years and tried so many nail salons and they are by far the best. I do gel mani gel pedi and they get it done in one hour or even less sometimes. They are fast but the quality is superb and a great assortment of colors. I highly recommend calling ahead to get an appointment as they are busy but they are always able to get me in very close to the time I need. Lynn the manager is fantastic! This has been my go to place for 3 years… love these ladies dearly 🤎🤲 gel x manicures & gel pedicures once a month. My nails constantly get complimented even when I go a month and half. NEVER any lifting.
