If I could give a zero ID give an even lower rating. I buy a sterling silver moisonite bracelet and after a week I'm bringing it in to be fixed 3 times which cost me 60% 20 each time it broke. He tells me the next time it breaks to toss in garbage and come see him. It was woman's bracelet and was about $140. $60 more fixing it and I go in WITH THE BRACELET and he tells me throw it away and BUT SOMETHING ELSE! This place is a dump
