Got a letter in the mail saying my home warranty was expiring. Called to tell them I don’t have one and the customer service rep said that I needed to purchase one because of the bad weather I’ve had in my area. What a scam. Reported to the BBB
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AS YOU CAN! They send out aggressive and misleading notices trying to get you to sign up for lack luster home warranty coverage that many things are already covered by your insurance. Not to mention how nasty and aggressive they are in the phone. I could keep going about my experience but they already struggle to keep a 1 star rating so I think most ppl are catching on by now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YALL! 🙂
Called 3 times after checing reviews. Three slimy pitches. One guy started ranting that I was calling him a liar. They said that i got coverage when i bought my home. In 1976. The Bohemia address is a company that sells virtual addresses. This avoids confonting angry people whose elderly parents were scammed
And yet another bs home warranty program that sends letters warning about your expiring home warranty. During my first call,I asked the person on the phone to put me on do-not-call-me list. He promised to do that in placed me on hold. Seven (7) minutes later I tired to listen the same music and hung up. Called right back and spoke with Ethan, who promised to register my name on do-not-call-me list. This company sends out random text messages unsolicited on home deals. Never heard of them, never talked to them but they sure do bombard my phone. Desperate for business and illegally soliciting
