And yet another bs home warranty program that sends letters warning about your expiring home warranty. During my first call,I asked the person on the phone to put me on do-not-call-me list. He promised to do that in placed me on hold. Seven (7) minutes later I tired to listen the same music and hung up. This company sends out random text messages unsolicited on home deals. Never heard of them, never talked to them but they sure do bombard my phone. Desperate for business and illegally soliciting

Another day, another predatory "home warranty." This one, like the others, send letters with no return address/company name. They scrape data off of public records to find the name of your lender. Then, they send you letters warning about your home warranty expiring. Don't fall for it! This company ignores "Do Not Contact Lists." I called to get the name of the company, and Ethan hung up on me. I called back and Julian gave me the name. I informed him the company is not following regulations about "Do Not Contact."

I keep getting Predatory type letters about my Home Warranty had expired. I DO NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY WITH YOU. NEVER HAVE HAD. DO NOT SEND ME LETTERS TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME.
