If you try to ask for the location of their "corporate office ", they will tell you they have offices nationwide - nothing more. Notice that their letter and document have no return address or other identifiable information - a clear indicator, used by scams. I got their location off of Google Maps. Incredibly rude to potential new customers. Horrible experience. I would never recommend them after the conversation I just had over the phone.
Unsolicited mail. Rude employee when trying to be added to do not contact list. Update on April 05, 2024. Still getting mailers.
