RecommendedI highly recommend this dental office for anyone with a toddler. We’ve been there twice now. They managed to make my daughter feel so comfortable that she let them do their job with NO push back (and that says a LOT for my kid). The office is very clean & modern and the staff work very well with kids. Even though there are other children’s dentist offices closer to my house, I prefer to get on the freeway and drive to this one. 5 stars from me!!!
So I call in to make an appointment and was greeted by the rudest, unprofessional receptionist ever to answer a phone. She was argumentative and nasty for no reason at all. She insisted I gave her information which she never even asked me and then got offensive when I called her on it. This is definitely not the profession for her. This may not matter because I'm sure there's going to be someone to take our place but she's made sure they've lost a client!!
