I've never been there before, and I must say I was totally wowed by the place. It was like walking into a giant luxurious spa/hotel for animals. They did a wonderful job with my golden retriever and everybody was super nice. The receptionist even asked me if I wanted a tour. They went out of their way for us and it meant a great deal to me. Our Charlie looks absolutely fabulous. Thank you guys!
