I recently purchased over $300 worth of Christmas decorations from For Every Friends Flora Shop owned by the DeLong’s, including a fully decorated, pre-lit small Christmas tree. When I got the tree home, the lights did not work at all. I immediately called the store to let them know. Their response was simply, “sorry.” As a long-time New Haven customer, I was shocked.
