Not a great experience Originally, I had a fantastic experience at Forever Formals. The owner, Cheryl is very nice and helpful. However, after ordering my dress, the alterations were a DISASTER. I would come in for a fitting, they'd tell me what they were going to do, and when I came in the next time it was still wrong. I had it taken in-it was so small I couldnt breathe. Next time, three sizes to big. I ordered a slip to avoid the hem, had to get it hemmed anyways. I went to my second to last fitting and there was a hole in... read more
I ordered my bridesmaid dress through this shop and had an AWFUL experience. They added inches to my dress after I specifically ordered a certain size. They tried to tell me that I was "making things up" and that the dress should fit me fine. It did not...it was too big! When asked for a partial refund to pay for the alterations that now needed to be done, they refused. They also took a week to respond to my request. If you would like a pleasant wedding experience I would not reccommend working with Forever Formals.

At busy times of the year we work extra long hours to keep up with orders. And for sure, not all of our customers are stellar. Horrible Experience!!!! Added inches to your measurements!!! – Everything seemed fine when I went there the first time and I was even impressed by the friendliness and service. But when I returned to order the dress they had me in tears over the size that they were insisting on ordering. They wanted to order a 20 when I am barely a 14. I later found out that they added 2 inches to each of my hip, waist and bust measurements!!!! unwelcoming formals I made an appointment at Forever Formals in order to try dresses on for my wedding next June. Trying on dresses is supposed to be a fun and exciting experience and that was not what I got here. When my mom, two sisters, and I walked in the woman at the front desk didn't know who I was or when my wedding was or what type of dress I wanted even though I told them when I made the appointment and while Cheryl was helpful at face value I felt like I was being a pain to her. Best Bridal Shop I have the highest praise and respect for Cheryl Steele, her staff and Forever Formals. My experience as a bride to be was flawless from the moment I walked in until I received my dresses for myself and my bridesmaids. Cheryl goes way and beyond the normal customer service guidelines; you would not get this same service at a larger store.
