If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Do NOT—under any circumstance—use this company. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and downright disrespectful. I had the complete misfortune of dealing with Sam, who assured me the day before that he could fulfill a very straightforward order: 4 boxes of 10 yellow forever roses, placed in a specific style of box with cards included. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the quality of flowers that I was presented as well as how they did not reflect at all the design that I shared with the owner. He also agreed that yes yes no problem. He could do what I gave him a picture of. He charged me $115 and presented some wilted flowers that didn’t even go with the color scheme. Called Sam to order a couple arrangements to be sent to my son for the new home he and his fiancé just purchased. Sam was great, we had a great chat, and he made the delivery himself. My sons words, "That guy did a killer job!" Highly recommend Sam for you floral needs.
