The company deletes bad reviews from their website. I paid for a guaranteed delivery of Feb 14th. My item arrived on the 15th. I reached out on the 14th asking about an expected delivery and I didn't receive a response until the 17th stating it was already delivered. Duh! Also, the poor packing resulted in broken flowers when it was delivered. I also paid for a vanilla scent packet that is supposed to last for a year. When I got my flowers for my wedding, they were falling apart, smashed, and all of the flowers had green stains on them. When I asked if I could exchange or return, they kept sending me back-and-forth to different people. Let’s just say I got partial store credit. I’m very unhappy. They do make beautiful stuff but it’s up to your own discretion to trust that it will come in good shape.
