RecommendedHave been a member for more than 20 years. I have seen many changes but most always for the good. Love the classes and the instructors and I have many “workout buddies” - who make it fun and also inspire me to keep up with the young ones.

A great community and a wonderful gym to get a great workout in, either in the weight room, our in one of the many classes taught here daily!
