Very relaxing, fun, atmosphere. Where you can get what you need to get done. I loved it. & everyone is so inviting.
This is the best gym I have ever been a member of! The classes are great and so are the instructors! I love how there is no pressure or gym-intimidation here and it really feels like you are working out privately at your house. So happy I was able to find this gem in Sneads Ferry!!!

Considering it is the only gym locally in Sneads Ferry explains their rates (which are high). The people that train in FF from what I experienced have no concept in gym etiquette i.e. not wiping off sweat off the gym equipment along with machines that are a little too close for my taste. It would be nice if they had some more room.

You were only a visitor for a day. How can you judge. We tell everyone that visits and our members to clean the equipment used and we provide towels and sanitizer. We are a family owned and family oriented Fitness Center serving our community
