I have been going to FEC for over 10 years. I trust Dr Williams who is excellent, however the staff is lazy. I needed a copy of my recent eye exam, I called several times, left messages, no return calls, I’ve walked in to request a copy of my eye exam twice, it was unavailable, they were to speak with the Dr and forgot, the staff is oblivious. The office visit was great. The form to fill out before the appointment required to answer a preferred pronoun question and would not submit without an answer. This actually offends me. If that is not changed, I will not return.
