The venue space was nice, but dealing with the owners was not ideal. They were not professional, inconsiderate, uncommunicative. To pick up the deposit was a disaster as the initial day to pick up was rescheduled and the second rescheduled date I was left uninformed of the owners schedule changes after traveling from NJ to NY. Instead of an apology I was told I should have texted earlier to confirm. Super unprofessional.
Very nice place but staff and oner are beyond rude!
Attended my niece's wedding there. Worst place ever. The owner was rude beyond words. We got there 30 minutes early, and she was still setting up the place. Locked everyone out in 95-degree weather. She wouldn't let anyone in. The place should have been set and ready for the guest's arrival. Just with her attitude, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. No parking is available.
Menace to the neighborhood. Can hear their music clearly over a mile away. Their neighbors must hate them.
