I bought a pink crystal heart with chain from Rob. It broke, and the heart was lost. Rob was nice enough to replace it at no charge. He is a nice guy and always does good work and is a gentleman. I have been going to Forever Diamonds for years now. The staff is great! I think the owner Rob created the diamond. He knows his stuff and always is fair and honest. Stopped by today to have a watch battery replaced. Prices were transparent (posted on the wall) and fair. The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes. Great experience.
