Do Not rent any apartments at their 108 s. Genesee locations First the building is right downtown. Which coming from Chicago I had no idea how bad it would be. Your right next to a bar which really sucks ass because their are Always ppl by that dumb bar. Especially during the summer months not to mention the various things they have going on downtown.
