I was a walk-in, I needed a permanent bracelet I had to remove, reattached. I was charged a small fee since my bracelet was from another business, that was expected. I also purchased a two-toned paper clip styled bracelet. I was able to get both bracelets saudered super quick! The shop had a small group choosing charms while I was being helped.
