Alex Scott was a super project manager. We were having a condo renovated before we moved in, but were living in the Bay Area. We were doing an older kitchen remodel, new vinyl flooring, some drywall work and a fresh coat of paint. I needed a new flat roof. Great estimate from Forever Builders. Other estimates calculated in a "Point Loma" factor, that I believe unfairly inflates the estimate. Alex was the supervisor. He's very responsible, intelligent, articulate, honest about the project, scope of work, time frame, taking care of unexpected unavoidable events, warranty and clean up. A few months ago we had our kitchen completely renovated by Forever. We are very happy with the result which was completed on schedule at a fair price.
