I am glad I dropped by the design center because once I was their I was greeted by friendly staff who showed me samples of their kitchen designs. I needed a new flat roof. Great estimate from Forever Builders. Other estimates calculated in a "Point Loma" factor, that I believe unfairly inflates the estimate. Alex was the supervisor. He's very responsible, intelligent, articulate, honest about the project, scope of work, time frame, taking care of unexpected unavoidable events, warranty and clean up. Alex Scott was a super project manager. We were having a condo renovated before we moved in, but were living in the Bay Area. We were doing an older kitchen remodel, new vinyl flooring, some drywall work and a fresh coat of paint.
