Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality & Service My boyfriend and I were really excited to get permanent bracelets together, but our experience with this company has been nothing but frustrating. Yesterday I went in to get a thumb ring and for some reason I was totally put off by it so today I went in and asked if it could be replaced and I was totally taken care of. Although I ended up spending more money I was completely satisfied with their epic service
