Worst company I’ve ever experienced.
If I could give them negative points I would. Representative giving wrong information, called back to talk to the person who gave me the wrong information and the new Representative didn't transfer, wouldn't transfer the call to her superiors and ignored everything I was saying. And yes I have both of their names! Horrible customer service from both, the 1st one lying and the second one not finding a solution other than what I was told in previous calls. Stay away! I was scammed into a 10 yr annuity by an insurance man who I unfortunately trusted. Terrible return and no communication unless I requested it. AND requesting any information was very difficult as there was nothing on the Internet called Forethought - This is the name of the company I originally invested with 10 years ago.They changed their name and I was never notified. If you value your money and your future, stay far, far away.
Global Atlantic was terrible to work with. Their data breach caused me harm, but they absolutely refused to give me my money back or wave their fees after admitting their customer service treated me badly and they were completely unresponsive to my needs. Do not buy Global Atlantic Life Insurance or Investment Products under any circumstances!
