This is a condominium complex that is individually owned but believe me it's the hood
Really unsafe and management does not care about any problems. They are more concerned with getting tenants car getting towed or booted than security, safety (rowdy guests, homeless folx, stolen packages, etc.), roads and cleanliness. Absolutely exploitative leasing office and HOA for folx who own any condos here. Raccoons are running wild in the area and in the walls as well. I’d say run!
