They've been great with all my animals
Just brought our adopted rescue dog in for his first vet visit. We’ve only had him in our family for about 6 months so he still gets anxious and nervous around new people, men especially. When I saw the vet was male I was a bit nervous myself about how our dog was going to react however all the staff was kind, patient, and understanding in their approach to him. Thank you!
I had to put my old dog down. After being made to wait 40 minutes, two people came in and without a hello to me or my dog, grabbed his leg, injected him and he was gone. No pat or comfort for the old guy - they were in a real rush and couldn't be bothered to speak to me or the dog. I regret that I took him there and feel like I let him down as the last thing I did for him. I've had to put other dogs down and other vets have been so much more compassionate to me and my animals. Thank you so much for the wonderful care that our beautiful Lab Abby received. Sadly we had to call the emergency phone number on Sunday at 6:45 AM. Dr. Bache met us at the hospital, helped our beautiful Abby pass away peacefully and she is now free of all pain. Thank you again, The Grimm Family
