They've been great with all my animals
RecommendedJust brought our adopted rescue dog in for his first vet visit. We’ve only had him in our family for about 6 months so he still gets anxious and nervous around new people, men especially. When I saw the vet was male I was a bit nervous myself about how our dog was going to react however all the staff was kind, patient, and understanding in their approach to him. Thank you!
I had to put my old dog down. After being made to wait 40 minutes, two people came in and without a hello to me or my dog, grabbed his leg, injected him and he was gone. No pat or comfort for the old guy - they were in a real rush and couldn't be bothered to speak to me or the dog. I regret that I took him there and feel like I let him down as the last thing I did for him. I've had to put other dogs down and other vets have been so much more compassionate to me and my animals.
