Was never there
The 2077 building have bad patios water damage to basements due to lack of maintenance the gutters are full pouring water down the side into the well. Also Allowing 1 person to have 5 parking spots for their buisness vehicles.
Greedy management keeps increasing the rents more than the government allows without any sense of how people manage!
There are various townhomes with different numbers of bedrooms and not all the basements are finished so if you are looking for something that is finished, you would more or less have to decorate yourself or make it appealing for yourself and the guests you bring into your home or perhaps look elsewhere. Aside from this, management is very friendly and there are both day and after hour numbers in case of emergencies which is great so that you know you can always contact a property manager whenever needed.
