These are great apartments. As a single girl living there I always felt safe. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others." P.S this place has definitely more of a personal touch then other apartment complexes. And the grounds are very well kept.
I’m automatically giving this property 5 stars mainly due to the amazing experience I’ve had with the property manager. Craig is the nicest, most understanding landlord I have ever worked with! I lived here for almost a year and the only reason I’m leaving is due to family reasons. The property is well kept, there are monthly visits to prevent pests(I have never seen any pests in or around the unit), the neighbors are quiet and friendly, & I’ve never had to contact maintenance, but I hear great things from my neighbors! I read some of the reviews on this property before I moved in and was a little concerned but took my chances because the apartments were affordable and looked great on the inside. When I moved in in 2022 they had just changed ownership. I think most of the poor reviews took place prior to the new and current owners. I have lived here for two years now and have honestly had a great experience.
