From being contacted at about 8pm the night before for an emergency appointment the next morning. To Jane who was a wonderful help and so patient especially trying to figure out my insurance issue. Today was my second cleaning at Forestream Dental (now called The Buffalo Dentist, I think?) and the experience is always so easy. First, I had a last minute change in my work schedule and they were able to reschedule me on the spot for the very next day! Also, I don’t think I’ve met a nicer receptionist—Jane is so great. My hygienist is really nice and gentle with the cleaning, I could honestly fall asleep if we didn’t get to talking. And Dr. Gretchen is fabulous.
