Ive been with ForestPlace Apartments for going on 7 yrs and the change throughout the years have been amazing. No matter whats going on, the management team and all do a wonderful job keeping up with everything. The environment is clean, maintenance is lovely as well. Very respectful and clean. They also do a great job keeping up with everything and everyone. Inside and out. Cant wait to see what the next years come! :)
Nice place to live staff is awesome always waving and smiling doing little things for residents quiet for the most part but overall it's great!!
The apartment is amazing. The neighborhood is good. The staff and maintenance are friendly and reliable.
Would definitely not rent here. Nothing but problems. We had our window screen stolen 2 times and they charged us for it….. $30 every time… it was some other elementary kids trying to pick on my son. The 3rd time they didn’t bother to put another one. We had a scratch in the ground as well and they said well… sorry but the company no longer has that flooring so we have to re do the whole floor and changed us over $3000 for it
