I moved in here the week before Thanksgiving of 2018. This place is great! NaShea; Office Manager gets right back to me if anything arises. The maintenance crew are very good. All the staff here are very friendly. Working as a CHHA, I have plenty of privacy too! I put in a non-emergency work order to check my breaker system-it was fixed the very next day! Ashley was been wonderful, professional, very helpful. Not often do you come across a person that cares about the tenants the way she does. She helped me out with a family member . Really hate to see her leave and I wish her well and good luck.thanks Ashley!
Mainly off site apartments for college students in the area. Nothing luxurious for sure.
Strongly feel like this place needs to be investigated. Ashley I rather you not speak to me cause you try to be nice nasty and I’m not going for it. Try attempt that with someone else. If you move in be prepared to split your bills with everyone in the complex you go from paying $1486 to paying $1620 by the time they’re done or more. Your bill one month will be $12 then $48 the next and once it goes up it never goes back down. Kinda feels like extortion.
