They stole my dad's money, he has been paying for life ins seance **** . mom died and they are refusing to pay him his money . needs it to pay off funeral expenses. Every time he calls they are rude to him and won't give him his money !!!
Foresters Financial is unethical. They took advantage of my elderly parents and have refused to refund two months worth of premiums. Somehow they got my parents' contact information, talked them into signing up for an unreasonable life insurance plan, either ignored the indications that my parents were not lucid enough to sign a contract or purposefully took advantage of them. When first working with a colleague, he was able to get me signed up for plans that I really didn't know much about, including a Life Insurance plan at the beginning of my teaching career (I'm now 29 years old). They refused to wave any late fees I have acquired during the coronavirus pandemic. I got laid off in March until July. I have acquired 128.09 in late fees due to not receiving unemployment because Kentucky is so far behind on their cases. They took the late fees out of my payments and said they are paid and that it was not announced that Late Fee's were to be waved during the pandemic per Alex S****, whom is the supervisor I spoke with. They are not very nice people and don't like pay out claims that people deserve !!!
They have been very slow and rude when dealing with them. One of my loved ones past away and we have been waiting on the insurance to help with Bill's and they keep giving us the run around. It's been 2 months and they finally got back to us denying everything, so we had to get a lawyer involved. If you're looking for a place to not pay your loved ones after you pass and put more stress and financial burdens on them then this place is perfect.
