Took my 1.5 year old in today for his 2nd bi-yearly checkup. Both times all staff has made sure to make this an enjoyable, comfortable experience for him. Wait time was minimal, even though we arrived early. They let me sit in the chair with him until he was comfortableto do it himself. They go slowly showing him what they're doing (he is very afraid of doctors after his 18mo shots) and he was able to do his whole appointment without any tears!
