I lived here when I was 18, in 2012. They would not spray for roaches, the Hispanic family had 7 kids and all played soccer against my house, they wouldn't do anything about it. When I moved out they charged me every single fee there was to charge. I now have 1000 on my credit from them being complete jerks. DONT LIVE HERE. You cannot "fix" it
Horrible. This place is dirty. I thought I could fix it up and make it feel like "home" but with all of the roaches, trash outside, and lack of responsibility from maintenance I cannot wait till my lease is up. Gunshots in the middle of the day makes it hard to create a comfortable environment for my 3 year old. Poorly modeled apartments with little to no renovations. This place should be torn down. all im going to say is if u have to live there then u do i did and it was a rat hotel i mean all they need was a place to go the sad thing is they wouldn't do nothing hell i was afraid the were going to come in the apt they r so big i they look like cats don't do it
