This place is beyond bad. Not only is it very old and rundown, but it is dirty. There are a lot of hidden charges that Thomas never told us about. He flat out lied about the monthly cost of our apartment when we directly asked him. You'll only find out about these extra fees after you're all moved in and a few days later you're asked to come to the office to finish signing paperwork and that's where it all is. WORST place I have EVER lived. I moved into these apartments about 6 months ago. At first it was fairly nice with a few problems, but once we settled in it was disaster after disaster. BUGS BUGS BUGS... They're not huge roaches, but for the amount that come out from the creases you might as well be an entomologist. It's disgusting. The people will come and "clean" out the place, but basically all they're doing is just taking a look inside, squirting a few bottles, then leaving. The service sucks. I love sitting on my back porch and hearing the creek flow. Its so relaxing and so quiet here. Its not a new community but in my opinion it's way better. I have a townhouse which has more closet space then I know what to do with. My neighbors are so nice and I like the staff too. I have had nothing but good experiences here at Forestbrook in the almost 4 years of living here. I pay my rent online, if I have a issue I can report it online and it gets fixed within a few days.
