My experience has been excellent! First, Keith was the only one to call me back, knowing it may have just been a small repair, from the many roofers I called when a racoon busted into my roof in the fall. Even though the insurance company ultimately didn't contribute to covering that damage (that's another story, All-State is terrible) he helped me with navigating through them and even offered to call them for me. Got my roof replaced by them, it was quick and easy. I didn’t even have to talk to anyone in person; they showed up and got right to work. Communicated via text with the boss man and he was easy to talk to and worked with me on the payment methods to avoid additional fees!
The work was done with great professionalism and it was a pleasure getting to know the Chuck who worked diligently. The results are greatly appreciated. I would recommend Forestal Roofing & Siding to anyone needing work done on their home .
Keith, the owner, and his company have been an absolute godsend! Last November, a storm caused significant roof leaks and siding damage. Keith responded immediately, providing excellent communication and quickly tarping the affected areas to prevent further damage.
