Not a big fan of them switching up the doctor on me. I'd prefer to have the same doctor the entire time
I’m 7 weeks pregnant and worried that I wouldn’t get service from a walk in clinic since my OBs office was closed, not only were they thorough and attentive, they were on time and very efficient. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
What a caring doctor she goes out of his way to make sure that his patience feel better and understand what they need to do. He is amazing.
The issue was eventually resolved after a polite and professional follow-up call from Angie (the office/clinic manager), which I truly appreciate. However, initially, this clinic felt more like a computer and call center than a professional medical facility.
