I have been a renter at Forest Villas and have seen management come and go. The new management has been wonderful. Their teams have done timely repairs. I know that it was a lot of work. The. great work has not gone unnoticed. Please keep this property manager. He is the best.

I just moved here and I love this place. I have a 1 bedroom here and it's been great. When I moved in everything was clean and any maintenance requests that I have put in so far has been took care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are struggling looking for a place to stay and need to get in fast. Andy is great and they should keep him around ☺️ and Victor fixed my AC and it's working great.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE. NOTHING WILL GET FIXED. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE (JUSTIN) WILL NOT FIX NOTHING/ SHE A SCAMMER. I filled out all the information and got approved for an apartment. It says no admin fee then out of nowhere they said a 300$ admin fee. Kept pushing the move in date back and never called me back. I’m actually thankful cuz I found a better place and the process was great. Don’t apply for here. No pool, looks ugly, and it’s not enough sq fr for that price. Til this day, the lady tells me I will call you back. It’s December and I applied in August. Yea these apartments not worth it.

I went by this place to see if it was a great place to settle and have a piece of mind. But I was very disappointed this place is a mess. I ran into my co worker who I couldn’t believe they lived there. I was interested in seeing the inside and it was so run down and they are having a serious roach problem plus it’s really uncomfortable and I can imagine how it is at night. I feel very sorry for them that they have to live in a filthy run down place. I’m going to report this place for fraudulent advertising.
