I stayed here around COVID in 2020 for a few months and moved it's sad they still the same. I only came here to remember the address to verify something. I never want to remember this address those 6 months was horrible I stopped paying money after 3 months and moved It's just like the name says some MID WOOD dirt trees.
I have been a renter at Forest Villas and have seen management come and go. The new management has been wonderful. Their teams have done timely repairs. I know that it was a lot of work. The. great work has not gone unnoticed. Please keep this property manager. He is the best.
I just moved here and I love this place. I have a 1 bedroom here and it's been great. When I moved in everything was clean and any maintenance requests that I have put in so far has been took care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are struggling looking for a place to stay and need to get in fast. Andy is great and they should keep him around ☺️ and Victor fixed my AC and it's working great.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE. NOTHING WILL GET FIXED. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE (JUSTIN) WILL NOT FIX NOTHING/ SHE A SCAMMER. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY SHE GOING DO SOMETHING AND SHE DOESN’T…. MAINTENANCE MAN IS A THIEF!!!! I filled out all the information and got approved for an apartment. It says no admin fee then out of nowhere they said a 300$ admin fee. Kept pushing the move in date back and never called me back. I’m actually thankful cuz I found a better place and the process was great. Don’t apply for here. No pool, looks ugly, and it’s not enough sq fr for that price. Til this day, the lady tells me I will call you back. It’s December and I applied in August. Yea these apartments not worth it.
