Pretty sure they are closed? The website dead. The phone number listed on google and yelp only has a voicemail directing you to call a different number. When you call that new different number it is a generic voicemail greeting that gives no indication that it is Forest View Medical Clinic. Their actual office location is closed. Their last update on facebook indicates that they had to break their office lease and go to mobile/in home/teledoc care but that post was in January of 2024 so 9 months ago. This doctor is highly opinionated. Besides that; he expects you to continue with the membership fee every month. If you don’t need care for a few months and cancel the monthly membership, he makes it clear that you had your chance and won’t let you into the program anymore. Apparently you need to continue with him every month whether you need to see him or not. It doesn’t seem to matter how loyal you were while you were a member!

Dr. Dalton was truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, if not the best. He spends quality time with his patients so you are never left feeling like another number in the system. He provides upmost attention and does everything he can to get to a solution. I really appreciated his approach to medicine, which is looking at the patient as a whole. When he comes up with a solution, he looks at all aspects of ones life because injury can be physically, mentally, spiritually, and/or emotionally rooted.... read more

Dr. Dalton is compassionate, smart, caring, and the absolute most through physician out there in my opinion. Worth every penny! I had been craving a “concierge experience” with a primary care provider, Dr. Dalton exceeded my expectations.
