I lived here for 2-3 years and the manager and maintenance guy was extremely nice! I'm unsure about the new manager but the place was older but definitely cheaper compared to other apartments. Highly recommend living here if you want a nice community with cheap rents!
I lived here for a year. While the rooms are fairly low quality the rent is extremely cheap and the landlord/grounds keeper are super nice. I highly recommend it.
