They don't be concerned about the tenant needs at all you have to keep constantly calling back only to have them lie to you this happens all the time all they want is the rent nothing else matters you call customer service they get smart with you and they not concerned either they like to come to your apartment when you are not home and you tell them not to enter and they try to anyway
Great living space. The staff in the leasing office always very helpful. Sarahi’s friendly demeanor made the process very smooth and quick. Highly recommend the location.
I have tried to email residentrelations so many times still no response. Please do not rent here. They are trying to over charge us after we moved out in July. No good at all. The customer service team that i spoke to Wanda very rude, disrespectful and kept cutting me off when i am trying to explain my situation to her. This is unacceptable and i regret ever renting in this apartment. It was safe when we first moved in but now its so unsafe for children. Please do not rent here!!!!!!
