Worst mistake of my life living here and I wish I could give it less than a one star review. I want to talk about the problems that we had been experiencing for 8 months with no help from the forest vale staff. November 16, 2023 was the first time we experienced the problem and it was july 29 2024 and nothing had been fixed. Mind you we only lived there a year . Maria (the young girl) is so sweet and so helpful it’s a blessing to have her here. I lived here for 7 years now and it’s a safe place. Yes there’s no pool but it’s the cheapest apartment you’ll get here in Norcross
Weird how this place has 4.1 stars yet I’ve been calling & going to their website for YEARS & getting “We have no availability” over the phone to being asked to be put on a waitlist online for every single unit. If I call & don’t sound hispanic no help for me but my homegirl can call & sound the part & get the info needed. This has been for two years & now all of a sudden the reviews go up because they put a lil asphalt down. Yeah, Norcross is overrated….period. Just scroll down & find the real reviews! 2 stars for the lies
This is the friendliest apartment center I have visited it is very pleasant I love some of the workers because they are very nice and the maintenance is soooooo fast. I really liked it
I lived here for 3 years the manager Sandra was really nice person, she has a lot of empathy and Maria was always there to help but the maintenance guys they don’t know how do the jobs, the neighbors really disrespectful people, they didn’t respect privacy always drinking and a lot of cockroaches even if you clean the apartment.
