No issues with the Surgery or recovery process. Very Satisfied.
Dr Forrest Heis has previously and successfully treated me for a knee issue. Yesterday I returned with an unrelated injury for a 10:00 appt. I was x-rayed, saw Jenny (nurse practicioner), saw Dr Heis and received treatment, and I was out the door by 10:30! Everyone was very professional, listened to my concerns carefully, and answered my questions thoroughly. I am 100% satisfied with my care and I highly recommend Dr Heis and his team at Ortho Cincy.
Dr. Heis is kind and very knowledgeable. He knew what needed to be done for my son's knee and my son is back to sports and activities! Thank you!!!
Doctor Heis has a straightforward but considerate manner. I felt he was willing to listen to my concerns and provide me the best solution. His staff was very friendly and quick in taking care of x-rays and other needs. I will definite recommend Dr. Heis and his office and use him next time I need medical care for my knees or shoulders.
