Only on my second consultation and preparation for knee surgery but I have to say I appreciate his easy manner and dealing with me as well as his concise explanation as to what he will be doing. (Edit) everything holding up well since my knee surgery no further occurrences as far as the meniscus however, that knee is loaded with arthritis and the doctor has been very kind and patient with me as he gives me Cortizone shots as needed.
Ten years ago this month (3/2016), Dr. Heis performed surgery on my right shoulder, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. To this day, I have total range of motion and no pain! Unfortunately, it is time to get my left shoulder fixed, but I have no hesitation returning to Dr. Heis. I’m not looking forward to the surgery itself, but I am definitely looking forward to the results! High praise for Dr. Heis and the staff at OrthoCincy.
Jenny Hensley NP and Dr Heis are so knowledgeable and they always excellent and compassionate care!! 5 Stars for both of them! Would definitely refer family and friends to them!
Liked Dr. Heis a lot. Very friendly and very easy to talk to. Explained everything so I could understand what my problem was and what he could do. Also liked his assistant. She was great and also made you feel very comfortable.
