If I could give them a zero I would, theses apartments are run down. At first they where worth the price. However since being bought by Midwood management they have went down the gutter. From the trash spilling out the dumpster, which attracts raccoons, to the leasing management stealing the rent money to the bugs, nothing gets fixed and the grass I'd growing 6 feet high.
